Ten years ago we launched Impress! Bakeware with a goal of reinventing how people use their cookie presses. Back in 2014 we started out with a hundred and twenty disk designs. A lot has changed since I (Susie the Disk Designer) and my business partner/sister-in-law (Jill the business Brains) made our first disks.
We added our own press and a bunch of new disk sets in 2019. In 2022 we made a BIG change, adding embossed rolling pins, cookie cutters, luster dusts, decorating brushes, and more. And in the last two years we added even more disks, and many new rolling pins.
I wrote “The Best of Creative Cookie Press” recipe book based on this blog site, sharing all I know about cookie pressing.
As we celebrate 10 years of innovating cookie making, we hope you find something that inspires you to try some new things for the Holidays!
As Always, Happy Baking!

sure wish you still had the ones for the old mirro presses that we are handing down to future generations 😊 Becky

Becky I totally get it! I love the old Mirro press but we lost money making disks for them. There was just so little demand. Why not have both worlds of pressing? I still have my Mom’s Mirro and I use that sometimes to make spritz cookies at Christmas with my kids, but I also have our press that lets me use all 367 new shapes that we have made! It doesn’t have to be either/or, it can be both/and! Just a thought! Our press is on sale now for only $11.01. Surely that would be worth it to have fun with new shapes? Just a thought, but I DO get your love of the Mirro. It is/was a wonderful machine that gave me the love of what I do! I wish you very Happy Baking! ~Susie the Disk Designer

I agree Becky especially the #9 that gives bars shaped like a mountain. I would give one to each of my nephews. I’m sure my sister has spoiled them at Christmas.
